      Much Room for Improvements

      Pros

      One of the biggest strengths is the emphasis on teamwork. I don't think RS&H can stress that more than enough. Also, If you are a self-motivated individual, there is a variety of projects that can be very exciting to work on.

      Cons

      Very little upward mobility, subpar benefits, and consistent micro-management from direct supervisor would be the strongest cons. Another item that is worth recognizing is the services for employees with disabilities (hearing impairment) was pitiful. There was much discussion about providing the needed services, but it wasn't until a year after start date, I was provided a solution that was barely adequate.

      RS&H gets four stars

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Interesting and challenging projects/jobs. Good benefits and salaries. a very professional small to medium size engineering and architecture firm.

      Cons

      Company structure in service groups makes working in other groups challenging and business development complex. Service groups hire based on the needs within each service group. Resource sharing is not advantageous between service groups and as a result much work is subcontracted in one group while another is short on work.

      Pros

      One of the pros about RS&H is the open communication you with everyone. It's easy to ask questions.

      Cons

      At this time, there is nothing that I would say is a negative about RS&H.
