      Pros

      This firm has great company morale. A healthy environment with managers that help balance work load and distribute it fairly and evenly across the board. Friendly team players. Management gets it!

      Cons

      As with any new job, a learning curve can be overwhelming. There are lots of software, which includes specific tasks and policies to learn.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Good management philosophy. This is the kind of place that rewards someone with personal initiative, as long as it fits into the business plan. And if it doesn't sometimes you can even get it added.

      Cons

      Starting to evolve from a small company to a large company. Overly bureaucratic at times. The company and it's bureaucracy are a little out of synch, but I would say those are just growing pains.
