Good office atmosphere. Lots of good, ambitious people working there. Youre definitely able to earn good commission if you're willing to put in the extra work.

Cons

Poor basic salary and non-existent benefits. Most senior management can be short sighted with managing drop outs and metrics. Adding too much pressure to staff to try to compensate for high drop outs.
