Pros
Pool table, efforts to make the environment fun, with a work hard play hard attitude. The manager for the reatil section, training director and other directors were great very professional guys. The incentives and commission schemes were very good, always room for promotion.
Cons
Toxic environment unfortunately, very immature behaviour from some of the more senior female recruiters, lots of talking behind eachothers back's on lunch breaks - so unprofessional. The training wasn't great, lots of technical issues, and not up to date program. After a couple of days your then put into the floor to get on with it. No policies or sense of company vales, business structure not great, just never felt professional.
