Most of the kinds are management has their favorites. They have their own little circle that them. People can do anything and everythif you look. At their efficiency list, it's all management people they're circle. Management will screw over. Anybody they don't like they pick and choose what jobs to send to the people they like. You will get screwed over on c***** jobs. And you will be let go without warning

I have never worked in a company where the employers shows no concern for its employees!! save yourself!

Cons

The absolute worst part of working at RSS? You spend all day under filthy trailers, breathing in fumes and exhaust while your back scream in protest. They don't care if it's raining or 100 degrees out, you're expected to crawl around your hands and knees fixing who knows- what leaks and breakdowns.
