Steer clear of this place! The experience was awful. The manager was clueless, there were constant unfair situations, and the pay was ridiculously low. The company operates like a closed circle, making it tough to progress if you're not part of the favored group. Communication was a nightmare, with the manager frequently changing procedures without informing anyone, leaving us confused about our tasks. Moreover, he would disappear for hours, leaving us to manage on our own. Unfair treatment was rampant, as the manager showed clear favoritism, giving perks and promotions based on personal preference rather than merit. The pay was meager, despite putting in long hours, and the benefits were practically nonexistent.
