We appreciate this reviewer taking time to share comments about their experience at RTC. Thank you for sharing some “pros”. As for your “cons”, the recruitment process has definitely been slow in this tight labor market, but we are putting forth extra tools and feel we are making some headway recently. As for the heavy workload and high expectations, we’ll talk to managers to make sure this is being reviewed and addressed.

Plan on layoff twice a year. Small bonus Very low class of people to spend days with

Pros

Employees are heavily relied on to perform their tasks without being micromanaged. Great environment and friendly atmosphere. Many perks - Fun Fridays, free fruit throughout the building, corporate events/parties.

Cons

Investment in new technologies, research and development is lacking. Much of the equipment is outdated. Communication throughout the company needs to be improved. Decisions take too long. Recognition of hard working employees is rare or given to the wrong people. Little reward for going above the call of duty and is often said that is what is expected of you.
