Pros

There are nice perks to working at RTC. Fun Fridays and working from home are at the top of the list. Most people are helpful and friendly.

Cons

Too many meetings - sometimes things can be discussed over email

It is great when associates provide feedback. Also great to see it from a supervisor. Thank you. Fun Fridays are popular for our non-plant associates – where the individual can choose to work an extra half-hour Monday through Thursday to work 8-2:30 on Fridays. That is a year-round benefit. The topic of meetings is a tough one. Some people prefer meetings to email and some are the opposite. We’ll try to find the right balance!

Early hours, there is a lot of people so it is crowded when clocking out. only $15/h

We appreciate your feedback because we want to know what is going well for associates as well as recommendations for areas to improve. Over the past several years we've increased our starting hours rate to $16.50 an hour. For RTC associates we've added additional time clocks. Please speak with your manager about the new locations.

Fun Fridays all year long. Good benefits, great group of people.

There are not many downsides but it is a very fast paced environment.

It is our goal to provide comprehensive and competitive benefits. I am glad that our offering is well-received by associates. It can definitely be fast-paced, as everything we provide to our clients ends up in a retail environment. It is also very rewarding work!
