Terrible employee treatment about pay

There are no pros. Horrible company.

Cons

They recently informed us that when they cut our shift last minute (and I mean last minute), the max compensation we can receive is $10 even if we blocked off 3 hours (~$120) for the scheduled hours. They micromanage badly... as in the managers will send you lots of nagging emails for work you’ve already completely but that they didn’t bother to check

Our field interviewer positions are very flexible in nature and align with project needs so sometimes there can be fluctuations in work hours and schedules. Predudiced Environment for African Americans

Great salary. However, that's it.

Cons

They let you know up front that it is a different environment. Once on the job you see that bigotry is rampant and unchecked. Several program managers have problems working with black people. Even when you complain, they rationalize the behavior by making excuses instead of addressing the issue. When they end up letting black people go from the company, it's always because the black person didn't know how to communicate. It's not all black people, it's the culture of RTI.
