You are told you will have a flexible part time schedule that us evenings and weekends. Then you are basically given the schedule you HAVE to work instead of being able ti make yiur own schedule. So you end up working 8:30am -3:30pm Saturdays, 10am - 4pm Sundays and 5-8pm three nights of the week. But you have to make visits to homes that have never screened in at least 3 nights after 8pm. And you must have visited every weeknight and Saturday and Sunday m8rbings and and and and and you get micromanaged forever until you hate the job.

There is no clear path for more junior staff. Turn over rates are high and people have to threaten to quit in order to get any kind of raise or promotion. Management lacks communication and transparency. They don’t put any investment or importance on high performing committed staff. Staff are overworked, underpaid, and under appreciated.
