Pros
Corporate culture was very positive and had academic feel to it. Employees wanted to help each other learn how to, and be successful. It was traditionally those employees who were recognized and promoted. However, see the "Cons" section...
Cons
However, the culture took a turn for the worse when Victoria Franchetti Haynes retired. For whatever reason colleagues would stab one and other in the back, throw each other under the bus, etc. regularly and unfortunately it became those employees who were receiving the promotions and bonuses. Really quite unfortunate. Hopefully, they've worked on this and corrected it since I left in 2013.
