Love 9/80 day off every 2 weeks. Good benefits and strong products. Leadership at upper levels is one I want to work for.

Cons

With a large company when an opportunity comes, everyone wants to be a part of it and no one wants to tell others they shouldn't join. Makes for rule by committee and can be frustrating. Would like to see more of a set career growth path for employees.
