Depending on the work you do, there are a lot of different opportunities/roles available. Leadership is supportive and people will go out of their way to help you be successful.

Cons

Feels like the huge company it is now. ERGs seem to have fallen apart. For now, there is definitely a "do more with less" mentality and people are stretched thin.
