      Pros

      Raytheon pays pretty well in terms of your annual salary; however, you have to work so many uncompensated hours that the hourly wage isn't very good.

      Cons

      The work/life balance is terrible. Some people have been required to work as much as 97 hours in a single week. If you have a complaint, HR automatically and reflexively sides with upper management against the lower level employees.

      Pros

      If you are not very technically sound but like to punch numbers into a spreadsheet and create mind numbing processes, then you could be a part of senior management

      Cons

      Raytheon goes through upper managers so fast, it's hard to know what direction the company is going. I can't remember the last time Raytheon won a significant contract at the Aurora site. It almost appears as if they are willing to let this branch go which makes no sense to the employees that have worked their for years.

      Who you know matters. Management is dishonest. Company Motto "Respect" is not practiced. Stock holders before employees.
