Pros

Other than some decent pay for entry-level positions, I can't think of any pros about working for this company.

Cons

Time card fraud occurs on a daily basis. Instead of seeing how much money this company can save the government customer in dollars, they see how much they can spend, spend, spend! As a result, the employees are affected by being forced to work unnecessary overtime. Some employees were instructed by their leads to do 25 hours of overtime a week despite the lack of work to support such overtime. Some employees watch Youtube to pass the time, yet their supervisors hand them government contract charge numbers like candy. All of this lowers employee morale, because really, people want a personal life. With low employee morale, there is a high attrition rate as well. Therefore, more overtime to spend the government's money forced on only a handful of people! Needless to say, things get a bit hostile, increasing stress. But this company is too afraid to dispose of hostile workers. Their policies open them to lawsuits.

Pros

Great people, above average benefits

Cons

Was layed off with no warning after giving them over 20 years of service. I thought my position was secure since we were building product and there was more on the horizon.

Pros

Very few to discuss benefits are like other aerospace compaines and are on the decline...as I said very few pros.

Cons

The place is filled with Hot-Heads, you will go home hating your job every-day. The company spends $1000's on a "respect" campaign making posters and mandating group training emphasizing “respect” however when you get in meetings or private settings coworkers turn into maniacs. The FACT the company has a respect campaign signifies they have a problem. Why would they spend money on a respect crusade if there were no problem?....STAY AWAY FROM RAYTHEON TUCSON.
