      Rewarding work, but a culture of thieves and backstabbers

      Pros

      There are good people to work with, pay, rewarding work, and I would work there again but not on the CCLS program.

      Cons

      There are a few people who I can't figure out why they were put in the positions they are in, but I classify them as the 80/20 rule... They are the 20% that are creating all the problems. I would never be unprofessional enough to call out someones name, but I hope Raytheon executives can weed out the bad apples who ruin such a good thing.

      Pros

      Not many other than good people trying hard but completely working with handcuffs on feet and hands. If you’re a jerk and love being a manager you do not get in trouble for violating basic human employee legalities and ethics

      Cons

      Low to decent pay. Half decent insurance but rest of benefits are awful. A lot of managers with bully mentality. So many beat down negative people

      9/80 schedule - every other Friday off Telecommute Option is good - depends on type of work Good coworkers - most are down to earth

      Cons

      No transparent communication from upper management Reductions are happening but on the wrong people Too much management Can't trust upper management
