      Corporate Staff is Toxic

      Pros

      Contract jobs are stable. They have some good opportunities and you would have minimal contact with corporate staff, unless you need HR.

      Cons

      5 people supporting the operation of 200+. The CFO is going to work himself to death, trying to cover up excessive spending by the Owner/CEO. He also has a very short temper and doesn't get along with anyone. He has a bad tendancy to talk about very inappropriate information such as salaries and issues that he is having with other corporate team members. The Owner/CEO has no integrity, what so ever!

      I love the culture of the company its more so a family whenever you need help there's always someone to be found and an answer given.

      There aren't any Cons from me I've been taken care of very well while employed by RWD.

      The exec's are very personable. The pay is decent.

      The company needs stability from the operations standpoint. Staff retention is a joke.
