      Pros

      Pay is generous, and the beneifts are fantastic. Company matches up to 9% and offers 25 days of leave (incl. PTO and sick days). The annual bonus structure is very enticing as well. People are very kind and easy to get along with as well.

      Sometimes we can be overly reliant on our German HQ

      - job security if you are favored

      Cons

      - favoritism and politics everywhere. Some or most are not as good as they appear to be. Teams or even people in one team turned out to be each other’s competitors. Don’t be surprised if you are asked to do someone else’s work while that person is on vacation.
