Good compensation, plenty of resources and perks, culture of smart and hardworking colleagues

Cons

Can be beauracratic and slow because it's such a large company; decisions are often made by the European nucleus and limited by that perspective

Appliances given such as iPhone, laptop If you are working away from home you are given a food allowance and have accommodation and travel payed for

Cons

Not many downsides as you can see how you can progress into higher roles etc. Could say communication between apprentices and the line manager
