I also think, that one of the greatest advantages of an RWE Graduate Programme is that you get so see multiple locations and that you get quite a deep insight in what it is like to work at RWE. Of course there are a lot more benefits to it, like a Graduate network, trainings, all the great benefits of a large company but probably the best thing would be if you tell others about working at RWE.
