In comparison to my previous employers RWE seems to care about their employees. Benefits are good and cheaper than previous employees, Bonus Opportunity appears to be more than industry average. Currently able to work remote.

acquisitions, mergers, integrations and reorganizations mean the team structure is constantly in flux. jobs aren't ever really at risk which is great, but this always adds additional work just adapting to the latest reorganization
