Smart and experienced people. Interesting topic.

They have bureaucracy, hierarchies and culture that young individuals won't necessarily like.

Pros

Easy to step into from 3rd party company. The people worked with daily were great.

Cons

Disability discrimination. Views a person standing on their right to disability accommodations as "unprofessional" due to badgering from contractor. Wouldn't accept medical paperwork directly from the VA as evidence in the matter.
