Fulfilling work, market average pay, generous PTO.

Cons

Many groups understaffed, lack of willingness and efficiency to hire more staff where needed. Unorganized process and unclear work scope between groups cause unbalanced work load and confusion. Some management only care about short term result and lack of long term view.
