      Good, but Disorganized

      Pros

      Work culture is generally fine and my team is nice. Pay seems fair.

      Cons

      No one organizes project management and older folks don't like to train younger ones. They expect you to come in and already know everything. Older folks are also really inefficient and keep causing problems for everyone else because they want to keep control.
