RWE is incredibly negative toward older employees. Perhaps because they’re new to the U.S. they don’t understand it’s illegal to discriminate against older employees. Since the takeover, it’s been non-stop pushing out the older staff. Shame on you, RWE.

Good pay & benes, youthful, energetic employees & leadership

Cons

Fearful & slow to transfer European success model to US. This makes everybody's job harder as they take on top many projects without good structure in place.
