      Lots and Lots of Growth

      Pros

      No shortage of projects as well as growth opportunities, the company is positioned to be a front runner in the industry and projects are more effectively than at other companies.

      Cons

      Company is growing too fast at times with not enough resources in place to assist those in doing their job. Additionally, the head offices in Germany act as micromanagers for many of the processes here in the US and there often isnt much say in improving them when they are inefficient.
