Merger a disaster

Pros

Some great colleagues who care about renewable energy.

Cons

After the merger this business changed completely in the US. Formerly had a woman CEO and now an all-male C-suite. People unqualified for top roles were stacked there by new management while employees with skills who actually cared about people and teams quit or were forced out by toxic new management. Steer clear and go to an authentic energy transition leader.

RWE is a great company to work for. They really value their employees well being and seem to be mostly well intentioned.

Cons

The job is really high stress. Workload is very high. Lots of stakeholders than need answers almost immediately
