      One of the best companies to work for

      Great work life balance Good pay Great colleagues Amazing leadership team with clear plan and execution

      Cons

      Limited scope for progression but that's not an unusual thing in a trading company with a flat hierarchy. The pay more than compensates for the lack of progression.
