Cons

Poor onboarding process. Poor stock and bonus incentives. Low job security in a challenged market. Operate a matrix system for management with people managers sitting in different departments than day to day technical managers. Creates challenges in workload visibility and compensation for performance or increased work scope. Resourcing is challenging leading to many personnel being split across multiple projects and taking on increasing workloads.
