- Some good and experienced engineers and project managers. - C-suite has offshore wind project experience.

Cons

- Organisation was grown without establishing, reviewing and streamlining processes, procedures and role descriptions. - Business units do not cooperate effectively and miss synergies they could use as leverage. - Middle management has very little subject matter expertise. - Decision making is strictly top-down.
