Everyone was very friendly, genuienly wanted to help you and I was given real work to do early on. I was given lots of opportunities to gain experience and autonomy to follow my interests

Cons

I enjoy design work which there wasn't much of, the engineering is more focused on maintenance works and getting the most out of the existing power stations
