      Pros

      RWS helps employees get the career growth we all strive for. You may start out as an intern or a coordinator and work your way up to a VP or SVP. Your hard-work does not go unnoticed.

      Cons

      The workload can be tough at times depending on the project you are working on. But the final results of experiencing that product on a stage and seeing the audience react is well worth it!

      Great Company to Work Your Way Up In

      Pros

      -Super friendly and supportive team like structure -Good pay -Teachable company (you'll learn a lot in your field) -Flexible hours (work from home) The experience you'll gain working for this company is immeasurable. If you show them how hard you're willing to work and you do that work well, there's nothing stopping you from shooting to the top.

      Cons

      I'm still fairly new to this job but it's a kind of catch all. If you show off what you're able to do the company will give you the extra work until you're dabbling in just about everything. Personally I love the challenge and how much I've been able to learn by working this way. However, I know most people don't appreciate being overworked and kept and the same amount of pay. I'm hoping to advance in this company even more than I already have so if that happens I'll leave another review down the line.
