      Pros

      RWS has a very employee-centric culture and values how hard its employees work. Unlimited PTO and occasional perks. A "start-up" small business that's definitely going places.

      Cons

      The work is tough. RWS is a production house, so its employees are sometimes asked to work long hours for extended periods of time; however, they are allowed unlimited time off.
