They do not know what it takes to run a show. They do not know what it means to create sustainable work that is safe for performers, guests, staff, or tech. Example: These people nailed a TV to the wall instead of mounting it with anchors and bolts. Run. Do not walk. RUN away from this company. They are rude, inexperienced, and pennywise but pound foolish over and over and over and over.

If you're good at your job you're rewarded with more responsibility, not more pay. You'll work through weekends, holidays, evenings and sometimes overnights. If you like to travel, good. You'll be away from home for weeks at a time with minimal Per Diem. Never have I received a bonus even after exceptional work. There is no real concrete way to ask for a raise. You can raise concerns on workload or red flags on a project and nothing will be done. People who quit are not replaced. Their work is distributed to everyone else on the team.
