Great for flexibility but not so good for progression

Pros

Great attitude towards working parents, flexible with hours, generous with annual leave, always felt stable and secure in the role

Cons

Progression was difficult as it was more about personality than output and ability to grow. After 12 years, had no choice but to move elsewhere. I really wanted a promotion having more than proved myself to be capable. It was a shame.
