Thank you for sharing your feedback. The Atlas team has been going through a period of significant transformation over the past couple of years. Change can often be, and has indeed been, challenging. We are sorry that your experience with us was less than rewarding. We hope it might provide some reassurance to know that we continue to run the employee surveys monthly, and we take all feedback on board. We are listening and we are making changes and improvements. In fact, our employee NPS climbed very significantly over the past year, but we acknowledge that this is work in progress and we are very much open to continuing the learning.
