There are brilliant incentives and lots of initiatives & tools in terms of recognition, improving performance and encouraging collaboration and teamwork.

Cons

People remain in the company for long time and therefore there are not many openings if you are focussed on an specific portfolio. Having said that there are plenty opportunities across all business verticals
