The pay is okay and you report to office for only once a month so you get to save money. The management in my division has been welcoming and helpful.

Cons

The onboarding process was messy for me personally, but apart from that, nothing negative stood out.

Cons

Senior leadership team is not very accessible. You WILL be pushed to meet requirements. Career progression not straightforward.
