Pros
- There is a strong culture of trust and respect - Team environment, but independent working - you are trusted to get your job done or ask if you need help - While PTO days are very limited, the availability of 16 hours a year of paid volunteer time (ReCares) is a great benefit - you can give back to community, get paid for it, and create team building with colleagues you do not regularly interact with or know
Cons
"Reactionary Reed" 3 re-orgs in less than a year - started out the year strong, then implemented hiring freeze and layoffs VERY TOP heavy - way too much senior management who seem intent on protecting themselves at all costs central marketing team is in constant change/ turmoil - difficult to manage a brand
