      Frequent travel & perks, laid-back company culture, opportunity for career growth/movement within the company, excellent benefits & 401(k) match, fast-paced work environment, exposure to different trade shows & industries, support from senior management, ongoing professional development training, focus on rewarding & recognizing employees

      Work/life balance can be hard to juggle if you don't excel in fast-paced work environments, organizational re-structures happen often

      Great first job for experience, then use what you learned for a better position elsewhere. Loved the people I worked with!

      They do not value or attempt to retain any talent. Vastly underpaid compared to other local places with same title.

      Pros

      Work Life balance normally pretty good. Travel was good.

      Cons

      37% employee satisfaction rate. Poor pay, poor management. You also have to watch your back, a lot of two faced people here. A lot of people that only care about themselves.

      As we are a trade show and event organizer, travel opportunities abound and we are glad that you appreciated this element of our culture. Work-life balance is valued and we seek to foster this through our summer hours program and our remote work policy. We work to improve our employee satisfaction rating and while ‘not as low’ as stated we strive for improvement.
