- relaxed environment, nice colleagues, they don't put too much pressure on you - work 7 hours per day, good flexibility if you need time off or holidays - lots of travels involved

- poor management - no talented people around

Fun working environment and attending the events is fun. People on generally hardworking.

Cons

Pay is low and expectations are high. Middle management is often terrible because they promote the cheapest person that will work long hours. Middle management often has zero management skills.
