Pros

The office is in a great location. The company has a vision and is financially sound. Some of the reviewers obviously have an axe to grind. True, like many other companies, Reed is not perfect because size has its inherent issues but it is heading in the right direction with a lot of very hard working people about keen to improve both its performance and its working environment.

Cons

More training needed but this is being looked at

Great place to work for people with a low degree of career ambition and the desire for career development

Pros

- Great location in Richmond - Relaxed work environment - flexible hours - great company benefits - very social culture - very approachable senior management

Cons

- lack of career development for experienced staff - very corporate and slow in making decision - often too ambitious targets for small teams (unrealistic resource management) - nothing for career-mined, driven and entrepreneurial individuals

This is a solid forward thinking aggressive company which is world class in leading the B2B exhibitions field. As a clear leader in size, quality, and style its a matter of pride to work in such a global leader.

Cons

With a company this size its easy to take low shots when everything doesnt happen as we might prefer in work but most thinking people take a step back and realise what great values are in place and the depth of the training that is available in a good culture of growth and delivering for customers
