      - Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills training - Ability to work across many different industries and shows - Opportunity to meet and connect with different show teams - Lots of team camaraderie and fun social events inside and outside of work - Ample opportunity to travel to different shows across the country - Overall excellent opportunity for anyone starting out to learn the company/trade show industry and gain valuable skills

      Pros

      Can advance quickly throughout the company. Decent pay and you can learn a lot in the position. Good beginning step for your career.

      Cons

      Not enough training from the beginning of the job. Culture is very biased and there are a lot of women who work in central marketing. Not a good gender balance.

      Coworkers are fun and easy to get along with at your level. Travel and accommodations can only go so far.

      HR/Recruiting are not trustworthy and are unaware of the daily tasks of the company.
