Pros

Pop group , some senior levels, interesting shows, great people at the peer level. You can make an impact quickly and do your job effectively with the right person in your corner. Friendly nice people to work with. Maybe not the most sophisticated environment, but a good start for a career. Marketing and sales and finance have good groups to start in. But beware and know your specific show you are working on and the executive you report into.... that will make or break you.

Cons

There are three senior level people that have major personailty issues that are a cancer to the morale of the company. Benefits are not great, used to be better. Lots of lip service on upping the morale at the company and being one company, but senior levels don't buy into it unless the ceo is in town. Long hours. Expectations are not set for show travel. HR is absent unless someone is getting fired, they treat your long term career like you are bothering them. If the hr head doesn't like you, you have no career path until you get back on her good side, and your rep is too weak to stand up for you. If your manager is on the hr bad side, you will get treated even worse.
