Freedom to build and manage own clientele.

Cons

Undervalued, management at the time for the LA office was completely disconnected and used his position in the company to hire friends that were under qualified and essentially destroyed the show.

It might be limited to the team I'm assigned to, but the culture is really wonderful. They encourage work/life balance. We all have mutual respect and trust; because of that, our team really excels. Really incredible team and there's no dead weight -- everyone really puts in 100%. I have had some really bad experiences in my past employment, and this is such a breath of fresh air.

Cons

It's hard to get a hold of someone in HR to ask about benefits and other things. You are directed to some video or read a document instead of one-on-one help. Same for being trained on their tech and systems-- documents and videos. If you are looking for fully remote (which they offer) and you're local BE SURE TO PUT IT IN YOUR CONTRACT UPON HIRE. It's hard to backpedal on that, and I wish I had requested it to be written when I accepted. Travel can be arduous
