Benefits, flexible working hours, good environment

Cons

Putting most of the bets on digital, putting aside what generates more revenue to the company which is the F2F events. HR (specially in Americas) does not keep up with the company situation. Promote the company as wonderful place to work, set up non-sense events during working hours. Internal communication between the different company departments. Global team asking too many unproductive reports.

-Fun culture and definitely a "work hard play harder" mentality across the board -Good opportunity to learn the events industry and network with other companies -Some managers truly do want to see you succeed and give you autonomy

Cons

-Most managers do not listen to or value their employees -Not much room for growth unless in the marketing department -HR is a joke and they don't take issues serious, probably because they receive so many of them -HORRIBLE pay ... employees are grossly underpaid and overworked
