- Great job right out of college to get your feet wet - Travel opportunities - Introduction to different and interesting industries - Has the potential to be a great place to work!!!

Cons

- Don't value talent; literally told "everyone is replaceable" - Don't compensate fairly - Workload is unreasonable; have to work serious overtime to achieve daily expectations - Office politics and culture is toxic and impacts how peers/teams work together - Limited opportunities to grow professionally; minimal training - Poor middle management; Upper management detached from real issues that impact employees

Travel, surplus of entry level positions, opportunities to move within departments.

Cons

Low pay across the board, limited promotion opportunities, disconnect between senior management and employees, burnt-out base of employees, managers with too many responsibilities and little time or drive to communicate with people they manage. Senior management is happy to discuss the causes of low morale and high turnover but doesn't craft solutions to address them.
