      Not for the ambitious, poor pay...

      Pros

      -Working from home (although who doesn’t offer this these days!) -Easy working hours in most roles. Not exactly a hothouse of ambition or of people ‘going places’ -Some travel opportunities -Nice, modern office

      Cons

      -Not a good company, UK poorly run, very much a climate of running the business for the benefit of the most senior people... -Complete ‘slap on the back’ culture of senior management, paying themselves incredibly well (despite poor pay for the rest!) and self-congratulating despite mediocre results. UK MD (Darren) is particularly inept and out of his depth. -Culture is toxic. Management style of bullying and micromanagement. People managers woeful. -Business is exceptionally poorly organised. Again, culture and strategy from top is awful. Very reactive, nothing pro-active. -Growth comes from buying out small/fast growing competitors rather than organic. Management cannot prioritise. Complete lack of strategy and innovation at top levels.

      Atrocious - steer away - would have given 0 stars if I could

      Cons

      Atrocious management in the Atlas Programme - that's why all the good people left, from contractors to permanent employees - and everyone is quite successful in their brand new roles so you're depriving the company of excellent employees.

Change can often be, and has indeed been, challenging. We are sorry that your experience with us was less than rewarding. We hope it might provide some reassurance to know that we continue to run the employee surveys monthly, and we take all feedback on board. We are listening and we are making changes and improvements. In fact, our employee NPS climbed very significantly over the past year, but we acknowledge that this is work in progress and we are very much open to continuing the learning.       Flexible working hours and training available.

      Cons

      The company at the moment is a factory of mentally ill and stressed employees. You will be under a lot of pressure and unrealistic expectations. And only if you are one of the favourites you will be recognised.
