      Used to be a good place but impacted hard by Covid

      Pros

      People are nice with a passion for what they do, you work on many different shows wit ha positive fun aspect

      Cons

      Very signficant amount of staff was made redundant in 2020 so increased workload for those left, barely running shows at the moment and a lot uncertainty going forward, moral is low in the company with a lot of staff leaving

      All the events are market leading.

      Cons

      Constantly trying to change the business to save money and make it more automated. Too many times the business puts the business first and not the customer.
