This job had a fair salary with excellent benefits. Upper level management was very supportive.

Cons

Old mentality when it comes to a flexible working environment. Very rigid and outdated structure.

Pros

There is excellent teamwork made of all driven people. Colleagues are supportive and willing to share experience. You will surely fine a good real friend out of these friendly bunch. The top management is professional and have regular townhall catch up with the whole company which is great.

Cons

Given the nature of the event industry, long working hour is expected especially during show days. There are also quite limited and slow career progression. Pay increment is not so great.
